Main Duties:
-Customer Service
-Responding to Customers via Email and Phone
-Helping our buying team with POs
Requirements:
-Friendly and Nice Demeanor
-Experience in Customer Service related field(s)
-English as primary language (Bilingual a plus)
-Smart and fast learner
-Resourceful, able to adapt and be a creative problem solver.
-On-time
-Ability to multi-task
-Willingness to work extra hours when needed

-Fast worker
-Internet Savvy
-Fast typing skills (40+ WPM)
-PC Computer Experience – Word, Outlook, Excel / Access
-Can adapt to changing priorities and a growing company
-AND MOST OF ALL - needs GREAT attitude of no job too small or too big
Hours:
Monday-Friday in the range of 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Goal is 40 hrs per week.
